Welcome to the cozy restaurant at Hotel Sarhad Bukhara, where the traditions of Oriental cuisine are combined with a modern level of service.

A rich and varied buffet breakfast is served every morning. It includes fresh dishes, fragrant pastries, seasonal fruits, coffee, tea and natural juices.

During the day, the restaurant offers Uzbek, European and Middle Eastern cuisine prepared with fresh and natural products. Pilaf, samsa, shish kebab, lagman — everything that Bukhara gastronomy is so loved for is available here in the author's version by our chefs.

The atmosphere of the hall is ideal for both family dinners and business dinners. The summer terrace is open during the warmer months, an excellent choice for a leisurely evening to the sounds of oriental music.
